★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In Sep 2020 I purchased an office chair from Ardent. When the chair arrived, it had many scratches all over the chair and the wheels weren’t functional. It took 2 days for them to give me a replacement. After using the chair for about 2 months, the back rest mesh tore naturally. When I contact their office, they said where will be a charge of $74.90 to have it replaced and doesn’t come with any sort of warranty/guarantee.
I ended up paying again and getting the chair mesh replaced, which again took about 2 days.
In the process I transferred $74 instead of $74.90. Without even taking into consideration of their poor quality service and material, the guy was following up to pay the remaining $.90 cents.!
I am very unhappy with the purchase and the product quality is not as per expectation.
