โ โ โ โ โ If i can rate 0 stars, i would. ITS A NIGHTMARE!!!! fiddle for 1- 2 freaking hour just to get 1 invoice submitted and still got rejected due to improper format. HELLO, YOUR PLATFORM DONT ALLOW ME TO INSERT/ADD LINES SO I HAVE TO ADD IT AS ADDITIONAL COMMENTS!!!! Despite the change in layout, entire user experience is still ultimately not friendly. No guides or tutorial to educate users how to toggle around and worst, IT CONSTANTLY CRASHES IN THE MIDDLE OF SUBMISSION! AND IT KEEPS PROMPT ME INACTIVITY WHILE I'M CONSTANTLY UPDATING AND SAVING AND LOGGED ME OUT! it took me at least 6-7 tries before i fully submit my invoice. STRONGLY WOULDN'T RECOMMEND!

โ โ โ โ โ 1 star rating is too high, if I could give 0 stars I would. The interface is so bad, the customer support is non-existent. Using Ariba is like trying to drink peanut butter through a straw.

โ โ โ โ โ The UX is from one or two decades ago, and it seems like no one is maintaining it. However, it still functions, unlike some horrible local SAP. Still does not compare with gebiz or sesami. Please improve it, it is basically a search and database submission platform, you are charging your buyers to list here, make it easy for them to manage their bids please. The search string keeps breaking, the error messages are horrible, the overall interface is the tiny font from the days of Netscape.
