★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took bcls aed course on 9th May at OLA at the Tampines branch. I have no complains about the trainers from Arise Pte Ltd. They are very good. However my negative feedback is I received the cert via whatsapp on 19th May, one week after the class and worst still, only upon request. Was told that I have to go back to the training ctr if I want the hardcopy. I have taken bcls so many times as a nurse but this is the first time cert is not given on the same day after the class. This caused inconvenience because as locum nurse, it is impt to produce our bcls to apply for assignments. Will never recommend this training centre to anyone. Ps: The name above is a nickname for google. Therefore, will not be reflected in your nominal list.I really hope the school can improve on the process and take this feedback seriously even though i feedback under my google nickname.

He guided my entire process from login the system to do E-learning till giving me exact location where the building is located through phone and escorted me to the classroom. Will surely recommend friends
