โ โ โ โ โ Non judgemental space for sure โค๏ธโบ๏ธ love coming here with my friends. The gym staff, Jia Ping and Amanda, are such kind souls.Great cancellation policy too. As a mom my plans can change so fast and I really really appreciate it the 4h in advance cancellation rule

โ โ โ โ โ So glad to have found this female-only gym tucked in a corner of Downtown East. Friendly and empowering vibes, plenty of natural lighting and slick bathing facilities. The unassuming shopfront opens up into a wide gyming area, bouldering wall and workout studio which are all hidden away from the public eye.

I feel comfortable working out at Ark Liv as the environment is wholesome and safe! Females of all fitness levels are welcome here to embark on your fitness journey!

โ โ โ โ โ Peiying is a very cool and helpful coach who teaches functional fitness and strength classes at Ark liv every Friday. She manage to give everyone in the class a good training session. It will be great if she could teach more classes during the weekdays and morning classes as well . Ever since I go for her classes, I can feel I'm getting stronger everyday and the best part is , this gym is an all female gym so a hejab lady like myself can happily workout with free hair.

โ โ โ โ โ The simple shopfront leads you through a magical Narnia door into an elegantly designed all-female fitness gym with beautiful showers and changing areas that look like they popped out of an interior design magazine. The path then leads you further into a spacious fitness area and you'll be like "what? there's still more?" Fitness buffs will be pleased with the quality gym equipment and those interested in a fun workout can also hang around the cool bouldering area. I just love stepping into Ark Liv whether to stay in shape or simply have an awesome time with my girls. A hidden gem in Pasir Ris <3
