β β β β β The introduction lesson was promising. Once signed up and locked up for 10 lessons, it was disheartening to see the attention and quality drop so much so we decided to quit and forfeit three lessons fees. Canβt recommend.

β β β β β No attention given to my child during the 2 lessons that she attended. Too many students and teacher left her alone. My child refused to go back because she found that she wasted her time here. Rather forgo the 3 lessons that we have paid. Seems like this school is more interested in collecting fees than teaching my child. Avoid this school.

β β β β β My daughterβs teacher in Bukit Timah is fantastic! Sometimes the class can get crowded, she somehow can take care of each child in the class. Her teacher is very inspiring and I am very impressed with the pieces she produced there, considering that she does it independently. Eventhough it is really far for us as we stay in the north and there is actually another outlet in the north, we still decide to travel to bring her here as she prefers her teacher here and did not want to go to the other outlet even after trying the class there. I am happy that her teacher in Artgrain has really helped in developing her ability to express herself through art. Thanks a million!

β β β β β Daughter attended holiday art class at Thomson outlet.
For a girl who LOVES all her art classes elsewhere, she came out on the first day saying she was incredibly bored.
Teachers didn't really bother to teach anything, dictated colours, corrected her artwork themselves rather than guiding her.
Signed her up for sponge painting, which somehow became acrylic painting by the 2nd day.
At the end of the 2nd day, she asked me, "Mummy, why do the teachers look so bored and stressed when they are with us, but so happy when they are chatting on the phone?"... Which speaks volumes about the attitude of the teachers.
Did she bring home a nice artwork? Yes. But only because the teacher had done some very drastic touching up themselves, rather than guiding my girl.
$185 down the drain.
