The place where our family have spent many weekends! Both our kids enjoy the classes here and are the talking point of our family dinners right after. Definitely not your usual enrichment school. Beautiful works - techy - young - no frills.

Our trial experience is horrible. The entire centre has only one teacher to do admin and coordination work, they are very obviously under staff. I was waiting at the entrance for 15 min and no one could attend to me, and my kid was dismissed 10 min earlier so literally the child had only 1 hour to complete the drawing. That’s why you would require 2-sessions to finish one work (=$80++ for one drawing) ! Communication is very badly coordinated, parents can’t contact them via phone, everything has to through emails. The arts Teachers all looked so young, and their qualifications are not published either on their website nor in the centre itself. When I asked what’s the expectation I should have after my child enrol the program for a year, they couldn’t explain well. In that case why should we spend double compare to the community centre class???

Sent both of my kids to their trial class last weekend due to their promo, I’d say the fees are not cheap, but is not your ordinary enrichment centre. Impressed with the progress pictures captured by the teacher assistant through the class, can see how my kids progress in session. Enrolment was also a breeze, I really don’t like to talk to admin and counter staffs, so their self service concept totally bought me. Teachers are young and energetic. Signed up immediately!

UPDATED 2 June 2021. We have extended much grace and patience especially due to the current challenges that faces the nation, unfortunately only to be taken for granted. Using COVID as an excuse reflects poorly on the mgt. Due to character limit, I can only simply update that mgt has reached out & committed to rectify issues and processed a refund. It's unfortunate that a public review got your attention when you could have responded to my appeals via the school portal. ==================== Whenever there are issues and you need help or clarification, the teacher in charge for Punggol SAFRA would always pepper her sentences with "I remember I already told you before...", its only ONCE she mentioned in passing to questions I had. The place looks 'nice' and class sizes are small, but the teachers definitely speed talk through each review after each session. They seem always too busy or stressed to be able to explain things to you. We tried to give them a benefit of a doubt and continued for 2 months. Unfortunately the unprofessional attitude of the teachers persists. When we tried to called them multiple times to inform them that we have been informed to have been close contact of a COVID + case, we took the initiative to immediately call them the entire day but no one answered. Dropped them an email but no reply until I had to reply another email that was asking us for payment. Promptly the teacher in charge called me shortly and informed me that I am able to reschedule my child's lessons via the portal, which we could not locate prior to them calling us! The option miraculously appeared after I feedbacked about not getting any response from the school! A previous occasion, when I tried to make payment and I was asked to pay for the outstanding trial class, which we have already paid for, it was the same issue. I had to inform the teacher before she 'removed' the outstanding payment which wasn't updated. So it seems like all the administrative work has to triggered by the teachers in the centre? My point is I am extremely disappointed in how unprofessional they are where they push the blame to the parents of not checking properly when they did not do their due diligence to settle the administrative backlog on their end. And are the teachers unduly burdened with handling the administrative matters? The teacher in fact told me over the phone when she did call me back, said none of the teachers will be able to answer the phone because they will all be busy conducting lessons. As I was running errands and unable to talk more, I had to suggest to her a solution if she could call me back when they are available. I did not even ask for a specific call back time! Guess what! She simply told me sorry we can't give you a call back. So she is simply trying to tell me I either go online now to sort out the matter or am on my own cause no one will be free to give further assistance. She also informed me that I am able to ask for a refund of the class fees subjected to approval, we initially wanted to allow our child to attend the last class but decided to seek a refund instead since the attitude was so poor. Why we are not surprised that since we wrote in for a refund on the 10 May 2021, we have not received any reply nor call from them. But continued to received automated reminders for payment for new classes. My child shared during one lesson, the teacher told a child who did not comply, that she will fine him if he persists in his error. How professional is that? Instead of explaining why he needs to not use so much force and pressing down on the pencil when sketching or teaching a technique creatively to help the child, you suggest imposing a fine if he continues to make the mistake. We wrote in without expectations ARTARY will process the refund or even follow up on our unpleasant experience with the PUNGGOL SAFRA centre. Indeed ARTARY has proven us right that they do not bother to follow up. I am writing this lengthy post to warn parents to be mindful of what they are potentially signing up for.

The kids enjoy their art classes here - unexpectedly educational that they can absorb not only art stuff but also general education. Pleasant stay so far. As some of the reviewers have mentioned, this place is packed on weekends! But that’s the thing about popular schools.. wait and queues are common

My son has been attending Art class in Artary at Safra punggol for the past 2 years and he looks forward to it every Sunday! Teacher Siti always makes us feel so welcome when we enter the school. Great teachers and very patient.
