★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Engaged Artform twice for repairs as the company was the supplier for my development. First time to replicate brand new drawers and second time to change wardrobe sliding mechanisms. In the first occasion, even though I made a feedback on a defect on one of the drawers post payment, Artform offered to replace a new one for me. Their technical personnels are friendly and professional. On both occasions, Kaiting, whom I liaised with was very prompt in attending to my issues raised and queries. Compared to a lot of other suppliers for developments that don't really bother to offer good after sales service (which I experienced numerous times), Artform stood out in terms of customer service. Thank you for putting customers first.
