Great service, pleasant and quick transaction!

I just bought my bouquet there. The staff was extremely impatient. Service was so so horrible and unthoughtful. Pls consider to remove her.

Dear, it was terrible. I had to buy flowers last minute and google for this place as a closest to Fullerton Bay. Staff still learning fundamentals... she tried to fix my bouquet 3 times, spend meters of tape but still look like broom.. And BTW, prices are high.. they charge you as they are very premium place

Worst experience ever. One of the florist (the lady with short hair and bangs) was not welcoming at all and her skill not as good as another florist who wears glasses. It was almost 8 pm and I went in to buy a bouquet for special ocasion. She show me one bouquet which was done but I didnt like. So she asked me to choose flowers on my own. Eventhough, I have some expectation on what type of flower and color I like but It was very hard to choose everything on my own. She refused to help and insisted me to finish choosing while she was working on her other work. Also her voice towards me was not polite but irritated. At the end I saw the bouquet done buy another florist and just told her to follow that. She did her version but much uglier than her colleague. I paid more expensive than what the flower shop at downtown mrt charge me and had really bad experience.

Eunice & Jason are the proud owners of Artisan De Fleurs and they are the nicest and humble people. My husband had been getting Eunice to order our monthly anniversary bouquets to my office and it's a standing order for almost a decade. Now that I am a stay at-home mom, we still contact Eunice to arrange for our family parties or special occasions. She is the sweetest person who always do her utmost best to assist in your requests. We are so great to have both of them.

Excellent service! The flowers, which are very fresh, are arranged beautifully. The bouquet is put together very firmly. Despite being out for 9 hours, the bouquet remains very sturdy. And the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Given that it's at a premium location, we have already expected the price would most likely be at a premium rate. And yes, the service is of premium quality too. Two thumbs up!

Love how the flowers are put together!! Absolutely elegant and stunning!! I had in mind another combination but the lady boss asked for the recipient's profile and suggested this beautiful combination which i simply love. She also went on to advise on how to care for the flowers so they last! What professional and delightful service!! Thanks v much!!
