very stingy...should have given some vouchers if wanting to conduct surveys...money you take from client but expect to conduct surveys free at the expense of surveyees..there is no free lunch in this world

rang the door bell at 8am. My father was still sleeping. my mother answered the door and it was just abt a survey abt the covid vax.. before my mother could realise what was going on or even reject... the surveyor was just shooting his questions.. I had to ask where he is from which I don't remember whether he did say anything cos he was speaking like a bullet train! I find it incredibly rude - even though its 8am but some pple wake up late, and at least give people to find out what it's all abt.. but your strategy is to just shoot so fast that the poor older folks can't reject. Nice shot but super unprofessional.

Surveyor came knocking on door claims to do a study for housing block for cleaniness and whether or not I was vaccinated? What sort of "national" survey is this? Surveyor makes it seem like he was here on official government business. Surveyor also couldn't take no for an answer and makes snide remarks

Received a call from this company asking me to do a survey during work hours. I declined to do so despite the person on the other end being pushy about it due to my previous experience in participating in the same survey a year earlier conducted in-person outside the MRT near my household. There are better ways to spend your time. While I have nothing against surveys, I am not interested in participating in a survey that has no respect for someone's anonymity nor time. The survey was touted to "not collect personal information" yet I was still asked for my house address and contact number. They were also not upfront about the amount of time the survey would take. The whole survey took around 20 minutes which is by no means short for a survey. There was no option to fill up the survey myself which would have been much faster, nor online despite it already being available in a digital format. The numerous questions were read out by the surveyor from her iPad and consisted of "from a scale of 1 to 10" questions with no real substance. There were quite a few questions there were extremely similar in content and could have been probably culled from the list of questions.

A surveyor came to my parent's place around 8pm and claimed that they are government related agency to do survey about job(?). The surveyor told my parents that they will receive NTUC vouchers if they participate for the 90 mins survey. As my parents are naive, they call me using home line and I manage to speak to the surveyor. I have declined the surveyor but she was being very persistence.

A lady came to my house 3 times and slot flyer at my door asking me to contact her. I ignored. Then the 4th time she came at 9.50pm knocking at my window. It is night time. RIDICULOUS. Unable to select 0 stars, so no choice

A lady surveyor came to my Serangoon HDB flat on Monday 21-3-2022 2pm, the way she press my door bell really make me scared, as if I committed some crime and she coming to get me. She show me her lanyard with the company name, telling me she is from this company, I reject her and close my door. Until now I am still traumatised of the fast and loud door dell sound.

Wow googled this research company cos of a bad experience and was surprised to see so many similar experiences. A lady came at 8 plus in the evening regarding a survey commissioned by SUSS. not sure where they got my name and address from, but was asked to participate in a survey lasting 45- 60 min long. The booklet stated 90 min. Is it seriously a good idea and even necessary to have a face to face consultation re a survey given we’re in a pandemic? The lady told me she could help to shorten the survey but letting me read the questions myself instead of having her read them to me. What dinosaur age are we living in? Couldn’t this be done online? We could have received email links via post? The lady was persistent, asking me to help her as she had come all the way down but erm I surely didn’t request for this. And the reward of $70 mysterious shopping vouchers after a 90-min face to face survey? Sorry hard pass.
