Failed to deliver parcel. Claimed that address was wrong. All my other purchases from ebay arrived without a glitch except when delivered by Ascendia Singapore. Avoid this company at all cost. Or you will regret for the rest of your life.

I have had my parcel spend over a month with them probably setting on some shelf there collecting dust. They need to speed up their process of getting parcels off their shelves and out to the people the parcels belong to.

Worst customer service ever received in Singapore, especially for an international mail shipping provider! Parcel was not delivered to my place (as there’re 3 ppl at home throughout the day!) but tracking history indicated attempted delivery failed and have contacted addressee for a reschedule. I’ve not received any calls nor messages at all after 2 daysβ€” what a LIAR!! Called the only customer service number which took forever to get connected, was waiting for more than 30 mins and could not get anyone to speak to me!!

After a year same issue. Got a failed delivery despite the fact there are people around all the time. No one bothered to call or email me to notify. Emailed their customer support which until today no customer service response and the standard goes as described by everyone below, calls to the only number goes in a voice mail loop without any chance of speaking to anyone. Got a failed delivery on 2Mar, then eventually got a popstation collection slip on 5Mar, went to Popstation on 6Mar mornin but by then collection has since expired and was recollected from the popstatio to be returned back to sender. Mind blown why no one bother dropping the collection slip on the day of delivery (if indeed genuine deliver was made on 2Mar and no one was "around", doesn't make sense no?). Also the funny thing was my delivery do fits perfectly into the mailbox hole - ive checked. so why even bother to direct it into a popstation? why all the extra hassle if indeed a genuine failed delivery was made? Had to spend numerous calls and hours with Singpost (popstation service provider) to trace and redirect parcel back to my local post office. Not sure if thats why I was slapped with an additional 10 dollars "service fee" by singpost. It was a total nightmare. You have been warned. Avoid at all cost. Buyer Risk.

Tried calling the hotline since yesterday (22nd June till today 23 June) no answer from any staff. Decided to file a police report for missing delivery.

Called and called and called and called and called and called from 8:40am till 12:45 lunch time regarding my parcel. NO PICK UP AT ALL! Is there still anyone alive in that place or everyone’s DEAD OR DEAF???? How i wish i can just call the police and ambulance to check if there are still survivors there…. Really bad and i really mean BAD HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE.
