I regret purchasing sofa from this shop. My inti purchase was a fabric sofa and sofa looked so beautiful and big. It was quite comfortable to sit while I was in the show room. However after it was delivered the sofa get too hot to sit, even for 15mins and it is not comfortable as the seat of the middle cushion began to sink in. I call the customer care dept and they allowed me to get it replaced. They even allowed me to change another design of my choice and gave some close guidance. Than I chosed another sofa with different design as I was restricted from many other designs. It was delivered promptly but this sofa is also extremely warm, terribly bouncy and so uncomfortable to sit for long or even to lay down on it for a short nap. definitely not the curl up sofa kind. After about an hour sitting I get back ache. Because the back support is no good. I tried with placing small cushion still it’s bad. I feel so disappointed. The sofa are big and the fabric is so hot so for singapore weather and the designs do not provide snug, back support. Please be careful choosing the designs of the sofa. After going to the showroom more than 5 times and sieving through all the designs they have I notice almost all the designs are the same. But I should really credit the polite staff and very good customer service. Unfortunately the products don’t match the service. Now I am stuck with the second sofa as uncomfortable as it is. I wish I get my money refunded.

Has various display sets of mattress where you can try before decide to buy. Special mention is Nick, the staff person who showed us around. Very knowledgable and patient. I will come back again to this store for other stuffs

Was helped by Mr Lim to purchase a mattress and bed frame. Was patient and friendly while we spent quite a long time trying the mattresses and finalising our purchase decisions. We are awaiting delivery of our purchases and it has been a good experience so far.

Great customer service and very attentive to our needs, enquiries and requests despite us being fickle minded. Shout out to Salesperson Nick! Thank you so much. Will come back. so ended up with greay sofas with matching cushions. with a bookcase and a side buffet table ♡ nice .

John has been a great help in showing us around and provided a very pleasant experience. Unlike typical salesman who is only keen in selling the product, he is great in listening to what we are looking for and selling us our needs. We have randomly chance upon Ashley furniture and to our surprise, it has just about everything that we were looking for. I would strongly recommend and remember to look for John!

Stumble upon Ashley Furniture Homestore, wanted to have a look see for new sofa set and coffee table. Was greeted by Lim, we were given a nice tour of the place. Knowledgeable on the stuffs that we need . The Home store has a variety of sofa sets,coffee table, and dining table. Prices are relatively cheaper than those malls and megastores.???

Very poor service by staff after we explained that the first King Koil mattress we tried was not suitable for us. Then proceeded to rush us and chase us out of the store. Don’t waste your time coming here for such poor service.
