Wow, no preservatives no cold storage head and given.. Just fresh curries and roti, naan. While we were done, the owner was making Partha stuffed with potatoes.. And that looks yummy... Super food too good to ignore.

The food was very delicious. The staff was very good and friendly.

Indian food normally in Singapore is expensive. This shop also a little bit expensive. However the nam is absolutely amazing. I ordered the plain and it can taste the char flavor with flour in every bite. I must say Indian ppl are genius in making nam. Off course the mutton curry is also good with the perfect nam.

Great North Indian food . Prices has gotten expensive but still worth it . Ashoka was the earlier host of shop serving samosa chats in Singapore . Even the mithais(sweets) are good . Hygiene can be improved though .

This is one of my favourites in SG. The stuffed paratha's are the best and the fresh hot jalebi's are heaven!

Excellent north indian food, freshly cooked and quick service love the food

This is a real example of don’t judge a book by its cover. This place might not look as aesthetic as some of the expensive Indian restaurants close by, but I can assure you the food here is hard to fault. We had a butter chicken, butter naan and garlic naan finished with some jalebis for 27-30$ for 2 pax. Some of the restaurants close by will charge 50-60 $ for the same! And the best part? I’ve been eating butter chicken all my life, and more often than not I find my hands in various shades of red, but today? They were as pretty as they always were. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone who loves Indian food and loves ‘Dhabas’. Though the seating is not the best, you can take away some food and I promise you won’t be disappointed. The people are friendly and the food is hard to not like! I’d recommend the butter chicken and mutton masala.

Note to self: 12.6.22 Samosa chat - 4/5 (owner will ask if need 1 or 2 samosa, better order 1 is enough for 1 person) Garlic naan - 3/5 (in fact ok, but not good to eat without curry, should have ordeeed with Paneer). Masala tea - 4.5/5 (quite good, like the mamak type but better) Total $14
