★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mum has been doing dialysis here for the past 3 yrs and at first, they do 1st come 1st serve. But nowadays, even when she arrived 1st or 2nd, she is always the last to go back. She is always assigned to the last chair near toilet and always cite the excuse of machine needs to get ready. But they can always give her other machines which is already ready. I do not want to complain first cos i tot give and take but it has been getting worst lately. I also do not want my elderly mum to get injustice n keep waiting whereby the others, who came later than her, always get the machine first. So sad to see this favourism played out at Dialysis ctr.
