β β β β β I worked one of the office there, it is situated at heart of Singapore and the building is beautiful with a very big open area for dining and a big food court. It is near Lau pa sat hence cheaper food options are also there.

β β β β β Tap water flow in the toilet is too low and have to stand there for long time to properly clean your hands. There is hardly any reception for M1 in the office and toilet. Overall quite a poorly managed facility.

β β β β β Located walking distance between Downtown MRT station and Lau Pa Sat. Nice and bright, clean and eco-friendly building. Friendly and professional service by receptionist and staff. There are bakery shop, chinese restaurant, watson and toastbox at level 2, next to food garden. Sometimes staff distribute free fruit after lunch time on weekday. Enter using temporary/access card. Tap to gate to open and assign lift number.

β β β β β Another option for Lau Pa Sat. has a lot of choices. Loved the food. food isnβt so expensive. overall it had a lot of great options. Went there few times.Friday lunch many peoples. The many pairs of escalators and stars bring the people to the upper floors litter with restaurants and cafes. I would say this is the most up-class food centre in Singapore. If first impressions count, Asia Square makes an excellent one. One of my favourite buildings in the CBD, it is a premium office location for businesses. The development also provides amenities such as a food garden and a large open area for social interaction and events to be held. The restaurants and bars (ground floor) is also a popular after-work hangout for many.
