★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I also had a very bad experience with Asia Translate. The person who handled my case was very rude and arrogant. There’s no customer service at all.
First, he did not bother to read our email thread to find out what we conversed previously and wasted my time by asking the same questions.
Then, when I highlighted to him a mistake he’s made, he got pissed off and told me to go ‘’find another company as I don’t want to take your job’’.
And this was after I spent about 1 week communicating with him so I had to search for other translation companies from scratch again, causing me to lose precious time as my document had to be translated urgently. Totally irresponsible company.

I received an immediate response on my query and whats great about the team is the promptness, efficiency and amazing service. They gave me all the facts and additional information which I didn't know about....and that's what great service is all about....going the extra mile ! Thank you Dean and team. I received my translated document within 24 hrs. Highly recommended to anyone looking for assistance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The turnaround time is very quick at Asia Translate & what I'm most impressed with is how we ran into a timeline issue due to an overseas public holiday but the project manager, Dean, did a splendid job at replacing the translator just to ensure that our deliverables could be met on time. I'm grateful for how much empathy & professionalism he has shown.
