★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. driver came to pick up the box, said it was too heavy so we were charged additional $10 on the spot. my mother called to enquire about the additional charge as we have sent multiple boxes this year and have not been charged the additional $10 before. customer service said it was due to the weight but we have been sending items using the same box over this year and we have not been charged for the weight before, only the SIZE OF THE BOX. customer service was VERY CONDESCENDING AND RUDE to my mother. never using your service again.
EDIT: so the lady also told my mother if she didn't want to pay the additional $10, she can bring it to the shipping dock herself. wow. so professional huh? i also tried to call customer service to feedback on this situation but they told me to call back later at 12:30pm when the rude lady's back from her lunch. please just do not engage in this company's service. yes, the customer is not always right but there is a proper way of speaking to them.
