Mr Devan called us 20mins after our email enquiry on Window film. Claimed to be a sales rep but identify as the boss minutes later. Anyway, he is far from professional and this is why;
- He dont offer site meeting so discussion are to be carried out over the phone.
- He also mentioned his “High tech Wfilm” are OEM from Korea and rebrands it after repackaging.
- He judge customers.
- He sells price, not features.
- Spoke to us like his competitor (who wish to dig info) and labelled us as just another customer whos calling just to compare pricing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got many choices and professional advice from their consultants. Purchased carpet and wallpaper together. We got wallpaper at wholesale price for our whole house. Saved lot. Also they engage professional installation local workmanship companies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is like a retailer of home furnishings in neighborhood shops, except they are located in an industrial building, a tiny office with a few planks of vinyl laid out on the floor and window dressings hung up on the walls. They distribute several brands of vinyl, one of them is Neufloor, which u can get directly from Neufloor’s office in Singapore.

Now, I can understand why ASRO have a big reputed client list. The whole team from the enquiry level to the completions of works were great working and coordinating. The professional consultant gave us useful tips, suggestions and help us to choose a suitable product for our requirement. Very Professional and friendly! The price is very competitive when I compared with the other suppliers. I suggested my neighbour unit to buy from ASRO and my neighbour also very happy with it. I will refer to many of our friends.
