★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best condos in the east, especially for families. Slightly old, but then it’s spacious. Kembangan MRT is actually a walk away—right outside the back gate! Kembangan field in front of you with a big children play area. Condo itself has a kids play area, tennis courts, club et all!
