It sits in the very heart of Good Class Bungalow category and is the only condo amongst huge classy houses. Neighborhood is safe. Quite near a 24 hr supermarket which is very convenient. 5 minute walk from the main road, Holland Road. Bus stop and taxis available. Very good for rental and investment.

Lots of facilities are at disposition to make thé stay of the expats as agreable as possible. Nearby thé pool you find a Minimart , BBQ place , squash court , basket field , tennis courts and a mini football field for thé kids. All very clean and organised. Swimming instructors and squash teacher at disposition. All of this in a very nice green surrounding and with perfect security. Thé only disadvantage here is thé distance to thé nearby MRT station and busstop. For thé rest it's a perfect and ideal place to stay.
