I like how friendly the staffs are. I took up their Brazilian and Underarms IPL. Glad to have found them thru Fave deals app. Take into consideration they may not be good in English as I see them mostly Msians. But I like how they can make me feel relaxed during every visits.

Went to this place last Saturday, 6 July to have my facial done. Lady who approached me cannot speak English nor any of the staffs in there, therefore they used thier phone translator to communicate with non-mandarin/Chinese speaker. I was directed to a room to do my facial, and I thought that she is going to close the curtain, but no she did not and the spot light above my face was kind of bright and not a relaxing one. During my facial process, she speaks so loud to her friend opposite the room where her colleagues was having conversations loudly. When she was wiping my mascara, she wipe downwards and then upwards and little of the liquid went into my eye. During the whitehead extraction she poked two of my newly develop pimple which is so painful. In the middle of the face massage, her hands was off my face for quite awhile and I thought she is done and taking some other cream, but when I opened my eyes, she was using her phone - twice! Again when she was massaging my face, I realised that my towel headband has loosen and she just took it off - all the cream and whatever face product she use has gone to my hair - so oily! At the end of the treatment, I looked myself on the mirror not much different but only to see my oily, greasy face - not sure if the moisturizer is too much or is too mounturize as I already had an oily skin.
