Would not engage. They do not check back to source documents for real property transactions, and after the transactions was over, we realized the other party had a huge outstanding MCST fees that was not paid up.

AT Law was recommended by my banker who does my refinancing. The experience was excellent and my case was handled by Esther who has been clear and detailed in explaining the process to us. Mr Tan who attended to us, was friendly and give us additional advice without charging us. Thank you and the team at the law firm.

This is my first review as I normally don’t but this law firm deserves a mention. I just completed my property purchase and the transaction was smooth and pleasant. Ms Jane helped me with the documentation and the lawyer Mr Anthony going through the mortgage procedure with me. Two thumbs up ? ?

Mr Anthony Tan is extremely professional and accommodating. He sat down with us a few times to explain to us the whole transaction and went through the OTP line by line to ensure we understood. Excellent person and service in the field of conveyancing. His staff is very cooperative and reply on the status of your loan application. Mr Tan helped to ensure the documents were processed without any errors. They went the extra mile. Highly recommended. I would definitely use them again at time of sale.

The firm handled the sale of my property efficiently. Mr Tan patiently answered all of my queries regarding the completion process. Really not sure why there are some poor reviews because it was such a smooth transaction for me. Communication was good and the lawyer was always reachable. I definitely recommend this firm.

Our banker have recommended AT Law to us for our private property purchase. The law firm secretary, Esther has been following up with us with email and she’s responsive to our queries. The lawyer Mr Anthony Tan is very helpful in explaining the whole process to us and this has made our buying transaction seamless. I have to say that their service level is good and I would not hesitate to recommend them ???

Avoid if you can. Appointed 3weeks earlier for a straight forward refinancing of bank loan. Chose this law firm as it was in HDB Hub and we wanted to avoid CBD traffic. What did they not do right? 1. Did not serve redemption notice on time. As a client, I had to repeatedly remind them to do soon. 2. Did not keep track of lock-in period. Told me that they had to delay completion as completion was near CNY period. FYI, my renewal has always been during CNY period (every 24 months) and I never had problems with other law firms eg. Stirling law. 3. No qualms about client incurring additional interest payments. In fact, representative was quick to point out that I was unreasonable to expect completion to be on time. "Common practice" for completion to be delayed. Client expected to foot additional costs. If you are ok with all the above, please use this law firm. I regret not checking out the reviews and blindly following the recommendations of the banker. Luckily, the banker helped to discharge this law firm and found me a better one.

Most unprofessional & worst law firm ever. No updates at all. Customer has to be the one chasing and following up. Email no reply, phone call not picked up. Will never engage them again.
