First interaction by phone was a bit frosty; felt they were rushing. But subsequent face to face interactions were alright and professional. Friendly and know their stuffs and patient.
Update. Rated 2 stars overall after going through the buy side. Seller had some issues and we felt we were not provided with sufficient information or even advice. Disappointing in the end.
