β β β β β Heli-ski is on my husband's bucket list. As such, I engaged Joey to curate a boys' heli-ski trip for my husband and his friends as a 40th birthday surprise.
This complex engagement started with an extensive research on possible locations including Canada and various European countries. Joey took the time to map out the travel route where each of his friend would travel in from including Singapore, Bergen, Oslo, Stavanger, Amsterdam, Glasgow, and Zurich before I decided on Courmayeur in Italy.
From there, Joey very patiently walked me through various ski resort options and ski pass/packages (depending on individual competency) before we presented indicative costs (comprising accommodation, ski passes, helicopter booking, IFMGA-certified guide, flights and airport transfers) customised down to each invitee. Further, she gathered information about Courmayeur, and worked with me and the ski centre to determine which skiers in our group meet the pre-requisites for heli-skiing. Prior to their trip, every guest has his own customised pack of information complete with his flight itinerary and ski pass, making the whole trip virtually hassle-free.
Of course, not everything goes to plan! Unexpected flight delays meant some of the boys didn't meet the airport transfer between Geneva to Courmayeur. However, Joey speedily made alternative arrangements for them before their flights touch down.
From my 4-month experience of planning this surprise with Joey and the raving feedback from the boys, there is no doubt that Joey did a phenomenal job!
We, and a number of our family and close friends, have since engaged her for other customised trips around the world. All gave superb feedback on Joey post-holiday, appreciating her meticulous planning against their requirements/preferences, and her many thoughtful gestures.
We will definitely engage Joey / Atlas Travelz again as the personalised service level is truly out of this world!
Many thanks again from Fei, Gunnar and the other boys on this breathtaking heli-ski trip!

β β β β β Iβve always hesitated to bring my parents to Japan for holidays. A free and easy tour where cabs are expensive would tire their knees out, while a packaged tour entails waking up early in the morning. Fortunately, I found the solution with Atlasβ private customised tour.
Not only was the price comparable to a packaged tour, we also had top notch private service. We had a 12-seater car assigned to the three of us and a very friendly English speaking guide on the first day who brought us on walking tours and gave us excellent commentaries on the sights.
Joey was very professional and thoughtful in designing the itinerary, asking for our interests and dislikes before curating it to the best of our liking. To top it all off, I really appreciated her speedy response throughout the duration of the trip by providing live help from her desk in Singapore whenever we had queries or needed recommendations. Her consistency and patience with us was remarkable.
Would definitely recommend Atlas travel to anyone who wants to travel with class.

β β β β β I usually make trip arrangements by myself but for my 9-day trip to Japan in Nov 2019, I decided to let Joey Sim of Atlas Travelz planned everything for me as I just couldn't get a grip on many of the Japanese websites.
I was very particular about this trip - I wanted a hotel with Mount Fuji views, onsen, Kaiseiki dinners; enjoy autumn colors; visit Ghibli Museum and go on a Shinkansen ride in Tokyo, etc. Not only Joey delivered on all my requirements, she was also great with her recommendations - advising to go Kawaguchi for great Mt Fuji views; suggesting hotels with great onsens and locations; and detailing must-see attractions in each location, to name but a few.
What's really impressive was how Joey put all the accommodation, transport, and attractions in a very detailed yet flexible itinerary with timings of when to do each item and instructions on how to do them. Prior to our departure (a friend had joined the trip and the addition was handled without fuss), Joey meticulously went through every detail including tour vouchers, bus schedules and cashcards, and when payments shd be made or not.
When we had a big hiccup with the city tour whilst in Tokyo (the Japanese company's fault, not Atlas), Joey was easily contactable and the problem was quickly by the next working day. Overall, it has been a great experience letting Atlas Travelz planned my Japan trip and looking forward to Joey's help for future "complicated" holidays.

β β β β β My family and I went on a 9-day trip to Fukuoka planned by Atlas Travel's Joey Sim. The itinerary was well planned and Joey was attentive to details and accommodated our requests for changes or amendments to the itinerary. The booklet provided was very comprehensive and detailed and provided us with all the necessary information especially on the transportation details from one place to another. Joey was also contactable during our trip and provided advice when we most needed it on our trip, especially when we were not familiar with the transportation and train schedules and platforms. I would certainly recommend Atlas Travelz for anyone who wishes to have a hassle free and enjoyable holiday.

β β β β β Went Europe in April for about 3 weeks' free and easy tour, in a group of 4, free and easy. Initial plan was to self-drive but it was such a hassle and lots of uncertainty in terms of cross border traffic...
Joey of Atlas Travelz was referred to me by my cousin (she was serviced by Joey for a trip to Italy last year), and I was reluctant to accept train services recommended by Joey, initially. After the trip, I am glad that I kept an open mind to go with whatever Joey had recommended. We went to Black Forest in Germany, visited various snow mountains in Switzerland, and 3 cities in Italy. Joey did a fantastic customized plan for our trip based on our preferences. I felt very comfortable with her patience, and was impressed by her meticulous planning of our itinerary, and her attitude is highly commendable!
Joey's service is highly recommended for anyone who is keen to look at touring the European region.

β β β β β I want to compliment your staff, the lady with ponytail, at the 4pm cruise today 25th March 2022. I am so grateful that she took good care of my elderly parents when I wasn't able to join them on the cruise and dinner. Thank you for making sure my parents boarded the boat first, and let the sit in the restaurant first. My dad is 90, and although he puts on a brave front, he struggles with standing or walking even short distances. This trip is a very rare day out for them and I'm so grateful to your organisation for taking care of my parents throughout... Especially wanted to say a big thank you to the lady in red shirt with a ponytail. My parents enjoyed themselves.
