My boy went down to buy same drink 3x... Money was deducted but no drink was dispensed... Poor boy can't get to drink his favourite drink. Blk 449 Bukit Panjang Ring Rd.

I must have been the 6 millionth and one person to lodge a complaint here. Swallowed my hard earned money at 540 Paya Lebar rd.. no drinks came out after i fed the machine $2, which felt like $200000000 for a crazy poor asian like me. Can't even afford a crowbar to pry this damn machine open.

The Atlas Vending machine at 470707 ate my money twice! First time with my paywave option, and now with my Shopee pay coin! How many times you want to eat our money! Tried to call to complain, end up it's night time now and no one bother! ? So disappointed!

This machine ate my money after I scanned my card and nothing came out. In fact the design was so bad that after scanning my card, there was no response so I scanned it another 2 times again. Scammed me of $5+ at 59 Sungei Tengah, The Animal Lodge.

Atlas Vending Machine at 323 Sembawang Close ate $2.40 from my card after I tried to purchase 2 cans of Pepsi Black. I tried 2 different buttons, and both times, the drink wasn't dispensed consecutively. And then when I called the CS to report about it, and asked why there wasn't a sign to indicate the machine was faulty, the CS officer had the gall to ask me to put the sign up on the machine. What the hell? That has never happened to me before. What kind of company asks a customer to put a sign on their machines to indicate it's faulty? And I'm not given assurance I'll get back my money from them.
