I have very good records of payment and my intended purchase was within the credit limit. However, on 2 occasions, the app claimed that my purchase cannot go through as its above the credit limit. And please not by this time all my payments have been made. I had leave the places with embarrassment as others watched me leaving the shop without buying the items on both occasions. When i emailed their support staff, she just copied and pasted what you can already find in their website. She claimed the system has flagged me. She cannot disclose why (which i find it rubbish. Must be she doesn't know why.). She claimed that they can't do anything if the system has flagged me. So bottom line is, their company is controlled by the app. They have no control over the system. So if anyone of you have issues, pls save yourself the trouble of emailing them. Because it's useless. And save yourself the embarrassment aswell. Uninstall the the, like me, if you have to.

Previously registered my credit card with Atome for auto-billing , but somehow the app lost my details and decided to charge me an admin fee for their own lapse. Got a call today from Philippines Atome to rush the payment, the tone and slang was so bad i couldn't understand her and she was rushing me like a loan shark chasing me for payment.

Pretty much a scam. All along my payments are seducted on time from my credit card. However for some reason yesterday's payments were missed and i CANNOT make payment due to some problems on the app. Some Filipino whatsapp me from Atome and did not understand my situation. I am so angry and they are NOT replying my emails.

The customer service crew is just deplorable. They do not check past responses and auto replies DO NOT MATCH situation despite multiple correspondence. All I was asking was to have my phone number changed and have my account be reinstated. The team was just cutting and pasting unhelpful template replies over and over again. The varieties of replies became tiring to reply to after the while. In short, the customer service team is just inapt and unhelpful. They do not solve your issues at all and they would take you on a magic carpet ride to nowhere. The team is just...........not doing their work, AT. ALL. EDIT: So....they finally replied...and they were UNABLE to do anything to assist with my situation and I have to close my account. Nope not coming back nor using the service again. I suggest to save yourselves the heartache and not use this service (if possible) - especially with more options available in the SG market.

Worst experience dealing with Atome. I ordered from Look Fantastic and they had glitches with payment channel, Atome which resulted to not receiving any of my orders. A month later and I still have no resolution, no refunds as they claim that it is not their issue. How is it not when you partnered with an unreliable and unresponsive merchant?

Walked past Suntec roadshow yesterday, very good concept, showcasing their merchants for you to get a sense of the quality while you purchase through the platform. Special praise to manager Wei Ling, problem solver! I have been facing technical issue using the app to purchase online, she spent good 1 hour with me, sharing with me how to best use Atome perks and to rectify the issue I had on the spot! Now I am a truly happy Atome user and spend without feeling guilty!

This is a cautionary tale. Refunds as stipulated on their site being processed within 10 to 15 days does not hold truth for me. It's been more than a month but I have yet to receive any refunds. Writing to their support email help desk would only received long winding reply short of answering my burning question, 'When will I be receiving my refund?'. Even with the intervention of the merchant, Zalora, still doesn't bear fruit. For customers who experience the same and anxious about your credit card payment, please request 'TRANSACTION DISPUTE' with your bank if found nothing has been refunded. Do it as soon as the stipulated times lapsed so as not to incur payment. This is a daylight robbery and I am taking action to report this incident to authorities. I am only using this payment mode to enjoy certain promotion but would not use them anymore. I rather pay one time and save the hassle. By the way, I have had better experience with their competitor, H....h. My purchase was cancelled by merchant due to unavailability. My money was immediately refunded and credited. So buyer's beware!

I was at Mark & Spencer Wheelock about 1 pm today, with my son. Upon reaching the cashier to pay, I was greeted by your staff on Atome. She is a very courteous lady with good manners. She greeted me well and explained about Atome, in which I am already a member. Anyway with her patience and assistance, we managed to earn some discounts upon our purchased. Thanks to your reliable and efficient staff. Such staff is an asset to a company as she reflected what the company wants from a customer, its not only business but its trust. Overall excellent customer service.
