Previously, our chairs were out of stock, Gwen managed to get 4 chairs to loan out to us for the time being. Overall very pleased and thankful to Gwen for her attention to details and thoughtfulness. Thank you! And great deals too. Quality is also amazing! Service recovery was great and even gave us a vase !

Lynn was polite, friendly and answered all our questions patiently. She even check on us on the date when the item was delivered. Definitely will not be our last time buying from them :)

Gwen, the salesperson is very meticulous & patient. So is your former staff, Lynn who has left your organization in early January 2022. Kudos to both of them ???

They are knowledgeable on their products and helped us a lot when we were choosing the furnitures. The delivery men were very friendly, helpful and efficient as well. They did a very good job in assembling the furnitures and handle all items with care. Overall the service is impeccable and will definitely purchase from them again! Thank you so much!

More importantly, Attic living provide excellent after-sales services. Special mention to Lynn, she periodically follows up with me on my satisfaction with their product and is always ready to answer my queries. Another aspect that surprises me is their installation service. The Installation guys are friendly and gave clear instructions on how to maintain the table. Thank you Lynn and Attic Living for the good service and outstanding table.

The first impression was good, the moment I stepped into their showroom at Yi Xiu Building. On the first visit, a friendly long hair lady served me (didn't get her name), then subsequently Gwen attended to my inquiries and needs in my journey to purchase a new set of sofa. There is abit of problem when the sofa arrived but Attic Living attended to it and the end result is very satisfying. Great Service, Good Products at reasonable price. 5 Stars deserved.
