The building seems like a suspended cube on top of the garden. It is a sight to behold for those who believe that nature has a place in the urban setting.

AGC should not be given the power to drop charges or issue stern warning in lieu of prosecution without citing valid reasons.

funny that most of the high star reviews here are about the building architecture and most of the low star reviews are about what they do and 'how well' they have executed their duties so far

The AGC holds a very important role in the administration of justice. It's role can be seen to surpass even the role of the court despite the court being the final arbiter of justice. Because the AGC being a public prosecutor can choose to charge or discharge a person who has committed an alleged crime. Only a person who is charged goes to court. Not only that, it can decide the level of severity of a charge based on the evidence presented. There is very little room for the judges to manoeuvre within the framework set in the sentencing guidelines and precedent cases once the AGC decided what charges to be levied against an individual. Many a times, public opinion put blame on judges for awarding what seems to be a slap on the wrist to offenders who are deemed by many to deserve heavier punishment. If you feel injustice, please do check what the AGC has done instead of pointing fingers at the judges whose hands are really tied. Only the AGC has power to bring about a charge and determine the level of severity of a charge. The court can only determine a conviction and sentencing. Laws which seem lopsided in penalty can only be changed by the lawmakers who are the ones you voted into the parliament once in every five years. Do let the MPs know which laws are inadequate and need updating if you want true justice to be effected.
