I have attended a few meetings with other lawyers from other firms with regards to conveyancing of commercial property which I thought they were already good. However, the first meet up with Jacintha, for my conveyancing of HDB property was a really concise one. Not only did she explain to us on the procedures on HDB side and what are the various things to expect during the exercise period, she also took time to check through our documents and such to ensure no mistakes. Initially I thought the appointment will take less than 30mins but it took an hour or so. I must say that the time was well spent as we gain many information such as how title deeds were processed etc. Outside of the meeting, Jacintha's colleague, Carmen, is especially fast in response and is always updating us on the progress of the exercise. Sometimes, Carmen replies to emails after working hours too! I applaud Attorneys Inc for having such great lawyers and staff (not forgetting to mention Vivien who made the initial few contacts with us to find out our needs). The charges are reasonable and the service level is definitely beyond my expectation. Thank you Jacintha, Vivien and Carmen and Attorneys Inc for the assistance during this period.

Had a unpleasant experience with the receptionist after meeting their staff today for keys collection. Service staff needs to learn how to smile and greet their customers with warmth. Their legal team on the other hand is good.
