โ โ โ โ โ Sound quality of audio technica is superb compared to others, when mine finally broke down i went down to focus one , the service centre was super fancy and the staff quickly changed my earpiece on the spot . 10/10 Ill recommend audio technica

โ โ โ โ โ Was able to get my earphones replaced rather quickly after a few emails back and forth with Vincent Ausmolo. However, the pair I received only last short of a year. Since then, I've been using Shures.

โ โ โ โ โ Took forever for them to order the spare part for repair, already a month and don't know how long more I'll have to wait. They can't even tell me the date/time the spare part will arrive. Even ordering something on eBay ship faster than this.

โ โ โ โ โ 1st time here...had to walk abt 10 mins from the Ubi MRT Station.You can walk in via the entrance near the lift.Staff was very friendly & professional. M40x was diagnosed to have wire snap,which he said was rare.Seems it happens when vol too high but I dont listen to loud music.hmm, interesting! Am getting the right side driver changed. Hopefully this works?.

โ โ โ โ โ Friendly staff and efficient service. I went down to the service centre today to send my earphone for repair. Turned out that they had to replace mine as my earphones were too fragile to repair. Had to wait for just about 5 to 10 minutes. Staff was patient and nice enough to explain the rationale behind why it is not advisable to repair, and even explained to me some parts that came with the earpiece that I did not understand how to use. He gave me a earpiece pouch too.
Only downside is that the service center closes at 6pm instead of 5pm, but the website (and Google Search) states that it closes at 5pm. Luckily I called to double check.
