★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had logged a CASE against Trusty Team. I know it will be hard to get back the repair costs but just want to bring awareness to the general public.
If your product is out of warranty, it will be best to buy a new AVR and probably not send it for repair. They claim to provide new parts but highly doubt it with what I experienced. The problem I faced reverted back to the very reason why I brought it in for repair.
AVR in Singapore mostly only have 1 year warranty despite the cost and therefore no much reason why we should be buying from local retailer with lousy after sales service especially for high end devices.
