Like buying a ring from your good friend. That is how I would describe Amanda's service over the course of getting our engagement ring from her. To all those on the fence about going with Amanda, I whole heartedly recommend her. Amanda is a professional who is confident in her craft and abilities, and she can recommend what you would like even if you might not know it then. In the midst of ring hunting and randomly scrolling through IG, an ad for Amanda's Masterclass fortuitously popped up on my IG feed. Having nothing to lose(its free by the way), me and my fiancée signed up and attended the class. Throughout the course, Amanda was nothing but friendly and knowledgeable on all aspects of getting that perfect engagement ring. We were very impressed and signed up for a 1-1 consultation with her immediately after the masterclass attended. During the consultation, Amanda took the time to get to know us personally to better recommend ring designs that would fit and tell our story. We came out of it with a much clearer understanding of what we wanted and from there, it was all a case of going behind my fiancée’s back to plan the perfect ring with Amanda. As a rather laid-back guy, I truly appreciate the hard work Amanda put in to getting the ring perfect for us. After providing the initial design of the ring and diamond type, and getting her inputs on making the ring perfect, it just became a case of waiting. There was no constant checking in or asking for inputs again by her. It was completely fuss-free which was exactly what I wanted. An engagement ring, as if plucked directly from our vision, was produced by her a few weeks later. I was blown away the quality of her work and so too was my fiancée when I placed it on her finger. Thanks Amanda and team for the tireless nights spent searching for the perfect diamond and working in our requests to customize the ring! We absolutely love the final product, but more importantly the connection we made throughout the process.

We engaged Amanda to make our wedding bands in 2021. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish, as she journeyed with us from the initial conceptualisation and planning through to delivering the final product. Amanda was always generous with her time and knowledge throughout this process. She took the time to understand us, our preferences, and exactly what we were looking for, so she could properly advise us. She shared tips and recommendations with us that we wouldn't have known on our own. She was at all times on top of every last detail, and kept us updated regularly. She never gave us any reason to doubt that we could entrust her with such a significant part of our wedding (brides/grooms-to-be would understand...!) After various discussions with Amanda (and back-end testing and "R&D" on her part), we were glad to have been able to customise our bands - something unique and meaningful, but also functional (you'll thank her for this later on). The final product turned out as promised and we were very happy with the outcome, the quality and value! We'd go down this route (vs. shopping ready made) again if we had to.
