It's just bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered sambal stingray, hot plate beancurd and sweet sour pork rice. The stingray was kind of small for $14. The sambal was not over powering spicy and just nice for the stingray. The other 2 dishes were above average and nothing to shout about.
