★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aurastone installation team came to install the granite (Black Galaxy) vanity countertop this morning at 10am. The team arrived on time for the scheduled appointment. The end-product is awesome! Go direct to the supplier to save the middleman charges. Both the sales representative Miss Anna Huang and installation technician Mr Teh
offers good advice and meticulous work! Both of them are patient and lend good listening ears to my queries. All my doubts were clarified. Highly commendable for their excellent service!
Even though Miss Anna is away from work due to compassionate leave, she still makes an effort to check on my satisfaction level on her company's product. She really went on the extra mile and such customer-oriented employee is hard to come by.
