It would be difficult for me to apply for RRV on my own which is beyond the period stipulated for application under the Australian Travel Authority. So I researched and found Austral Migration Consultancy for help. Very glad to know them.

William explained us about the pros and cons of the prospective marriage visa and de facto partner visa where we were not sure which one to apply for..His explanation was factual, realistic and encouraging without a forceful manner.
Honestly speaking , our case was quite difficult and we were in great frustration during the process when we had been asked to produce statement after statement. However, William had been extremely supportive and patient with both of us until the end. I didn't have much hope about it but because of Austral expectional and professional assistance, my partner visa was granted after 1 year and 2 weeks from the date of application. The team, involving Mr William Lee, Ms Adeline Tan and Ms Mindy Tan provided excellent services such as following up with each steps of the process timely, responding all my questions promptly and updating me each and every progress of the journey. Ms Mindy is my CO, who was very helpful and professional. Me and my family were granted with visa subclass 190 from New South Wales on 10/5/22. The whole process took only about 11 months in total which is way faster than expected. I believe that it is mostly due to Austral Migration team who helped to check all required documents throughly and ensured all correct before submitting the PR application. I am very happy with their help and will highly recommend Austral Migration Consultancy to my friends.
