โ โ โ โ โ This is my first car purchase - Klvin and Allen are excellent service-oriented folks, and made the entire purchase experience comfortable and allayed a lot of my concerns throughout the journey. As a first-time buyer, my greatest fear was running into one of those HWZ-worthy negative experiences and I am glad that this is not the case with Klvin and Allen. When there were minor aircon issues after purchase Klvin did not hesitate to pick up the tab on replacing the worn part. Allen also went the distance to respond to my asks and queries after sales. Highly recommend buying from Autohaven

โ โ โ โ โ very happy with my purchase of a 2008 320i from autohaven. although the car is nearing 14 years old, it is still in good mechanical condition. appreciate the honesty and transparency from kelvin and allen.
aftersales support is also great. the car had some minor oil leaks due to old seals and it was repaired up under warranty with no questions asked.
will def recommend to fam and frens

โ โ โ โ โ Highly recommended! Kelvin is real professional - facilitated the entire process quickly and seamlessly. More importantly very ethical and reliable as he took full responsibility over a minor issue I had with the car. He was swift to arrange for inspection/fix with his mechanic (also very reliable shop - Adrian from Goodfellas is a real pro) and kept me closely updated. AutoHaven has definitely gained my trust (which is hard to come by in this market) and Iโm glad to have dealt with them.

โ โ โ โ โ Bought a used E250 from Auto Haven. Allen was the one who attended to us. Even though it was a used car, it was handed over in decent condition and priced reasonably. Allen also kept to his word to do up the minor defects such as the roof lining.
Negotiation stage and after sales service by Allen is top notch and he is prompt in his replies to my queries. This is in contrast to other dealers who "disappear" once the sale is done.
Overall, am satisfied and would recommend.
