Thanks to Gary, he was very responsive and swift.
Very honest and genuine about their quotes, I would say that a splendid job was done on my car's small dents & scratches (car park dents), they got it done quickly, paint matched perfectly and it looks as good as new. Would highly recommend these guys for trustable repairs at a very reasonable price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an accident repair in Nov 2020. Tried this insurer authorised workshop because it provides one-stop service to report accident as well. a bit skeptical due to very few reviews, but eventual experience was highly satisfied.
First experience was excellent. Jie Ling filled up forms in 5-10 minutes, after hearing my verbal description of the traffic accident. Then she carried out photo-taking of the damaged parts of my car. Off I went in less than 30 min.
I picked up my repaired car in about 10 days and happy to have a well polished paint work. Jie Ling linked me up with another workshop yo repair a torn upholstery. Again, positive and highly satisfied experience.
The wait for final closure took quite some time, till Mar 2021 when the cheque for disbursement of Loss of Use was ready for collection. That did not bother me as it came as bonus cash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent my car here as it is the authorised workshop of the insurance company. Entire process took way too long. One week to arrange for surveyor to survey the damage, another week to order parts. Poor communication as we were not updated on status of repair. Requested for them to expedite as we needed the car by a certain date, no update at all. Called them
today only to be informed that they are just at the spray paint stage. Insurance companies should review the service standards of their authorised workshops.
