★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to ARC to lodge my insurance report. Was assisted by Ms Shu Juan, she is a very helpful, nice young lady, who handled my report swiftly. Also left my car to ARC for repairs. Repair job was done very professionally and flawless. Good job to Shu Juan and staff of ARC, especially the uncle (did not ask for his name) who has been very dedicated in his repair works.

Experience staff, customer orientated and trying their best to explain how the claim process to customer patiently. Prompt services and good workmanship. Get my car done within 3 working days despite Christmas holiday. The requested complementary car is ready upon my arrival to workshop in the early morning. Completely zero downtime so that customer can carry on their day-to-day activities as usual. Strongly recommended and for ARC team, please keep up the good work.
