Great service provided by Autotrend to replace my car headlights. They kindly helped me by sourcing for some quotes on the car headlamps, and did the replacement onsite. Efficient, honest and friendly service provided. Strongly recommend this workshop for car services.

Installed a kenwood DMX9720XS 10.1" head unit and a blackvue DR-750S 2CH for my vehicle there and the experience was awesome and had great after sales service has they were quick to rectify some faults with the dashcam there with no waiting. Highly recommended audio shop.!

Went to Autotrend to replace my current dash cam. Spoken to a young male staff about the different spec of the dash cam. The staff is friendly, but not the boss. Ask for further discount and he just brushes you off. This was my 1st and last time in this shop. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

TLDR; amazing experience resolving Thinkware dashcam-related issues from start to finish, with Autotrend Enterprise. It might be an exaggeration to claim my experience was amazing, but working with Max of Autotrend last week could not have been any better. One would think that the service provided should be the norm for the retail/service industry, but regrettably it still isn't, which makes my experience even more memorable. That's probably one reason they''ve been in business for over 3 decades. A few months back, I bought a Thinkware dashcam from Autotrend off Shopee and did the installation myself, but ran into a few issues. Spent a few months troubleshooting (when I was able to afford the time) but couldn't get the set up working, and decided to pay a visit to Carstom, Thinkware's distributor in Singapore. After some pointless running here and there, I ended up at Autotrend's office in Toa Payoh, and was assured by Max that they would handle the warranty claim with Carstom. Every step of the way, Max provided updates of the situation without any prompting. Autotrend could have easily denied any support and cited installer error, since I had done the installation myself, but there was none of this. Once the warranty set was set up, without any fuss this time, it was all good to go, and both Max and the team at Autotrend were absolutely gracious about the installation and made sure that everything was up and running before handing the car back to me. Can't say much more but glad that retailers like Autotrend exist!

Was searching for a car dashcam and found that Autotrend is providing the Blackvue dashcam model that I wanted at the best price. The sales staff, Max, replied to my queries promptly and is sincere and patient. He took the time to understand my requirements/constraints and recommended me the best solution for my car. Have been patronising this store for a couple of times, from getting dash cam to installing other accessories. The boss & staff have been friendly. Workmanship is pretty decent & quick as well. Price may not be the cheapest but get things done quickly with standard. ?

I contacted Max to discuss the installation of the BlackVue dashcam and he has very prompt with his replies. I made several changes to the appointment date due to work schedule changes and he was very accommodating. He also recommended SIM cards for the LTE model based on customer feedback. On the day of the installation, Max patiently explained what I needed to install to meet my needs and he took the time to go through the different models of the external battery that I wanted. The team at the workshop were also very fast and they started on the installation the moment I parked my car. Their speed and expertise made it feel like an F1 pitstop. After installation, he sat with me and showed me the apps and how to navigate them, which settings most people use and what purposes they had. He also did the warranty for me. I felt he was very thorough and had great communication. The entire process was seamless and I'm very happy with both the service and the product. Definitely recommended!

I am very pleased with the service and workmanship. Darren and Max is really a good host. The explanation of the product is clear and no hard selling. There is even an air conditioned waiting area with comfortable seats and TV. My head unit and horn was installed within an hour. Will definitely go back again for my audio accessories.
