The "sales executive" called Lingesh totally has no resposibility and he is super rude! I purposely took a day off to attend the course which he promised there is. But in fact, the course is not open at all, is next day. I dont really understand why he still can be with the company.

The SMO training is very lousy. David Kwee has very poor time management skills. He took 1 hour to go through the learner's guide and do ice breaking (which is not necessary). He gave much emphasis on outdated information. He is unable to capture attention and kept saying that this course will end at 1.30pm and he gave us "bonus" by ending at 1pm. There is only 1 break in between the 5 hours long course. My lunch time is grossly delayed. I am not full time SMO and have to rush my lunch, so that I can make it for the next meeting at 2pm. The course provider stated that this is a 4 hours course, to enable us to plan our day ahead but the trainer messed up my plan. I will never attend any course from Avanta and will not recommend anyone to attend any course from Avanta as well.

Their business development personnel is totally RUDE! Their service is simply LOUSY! They have the either you do it their way or they don't need your business attitude. Chasing for payment simply because they cannot be bothered to check, when payment is already made.

I am one of the first of several people in my staff to attend this course with this company. Not recommended. The trainer (sub-contractor) was knowledgeable and pleasant. The staff and facilities were disorganised, ill-equipped (out of date laptop, not clean), however. As a government approved training facility I expected a lot more... I will push to transfer our people elsewhere.

Tried to attend a course in Avanta since December 2020. I was informed by the sales executive that there was no seat for this particular course. He sent a course schedule on February 2021 that did not contain the course I wanted to attend. I replied in the email stating to update me on the course I wanted to attend and there was no reply.

This is the 2nd time i attended a training with them. My 1st experience was awesome., totally exceeding my expectations for a training provider. This time, I attended their training last month, place underwent renovation and was in a mess. Course coordination and online registration was not smooth. The facilitator was an ex army regular and the training context was biased to military context instead. There was an module by a facilitator on some safety modules which totally make no sense at all. Should have remove that module away. The quiz and the whole waiting process took 2 hours to finalize. Maybe after their renovation, i hope things get better.

Took a training class at Avanta Global Pte Ltd. The place is a little dated but overall comfortable. Trainer was good but no cafeteria in the building makes it a bit of a hassle. Parking here full day costs over $20+ so try and park across the street at the HDB blocks to save costs.

If I can give zero stars, I would. I advice you to choose other training provider. I had very bad experience with this training centre. Their customer service/sales is very unprofessional. They once sent a mass email without using the undisclosed recipient function. Our email address is visible to all other unrelated companies. When one of the other company's Admin accidentally click reply all in the email when registering with Avanta, the rest of the unrelated companies will be able to see the participant's detail. All these unnecessary email is causing us inconvenience. Another incident is when there is a miscommunication between the CSO and myself. I am trying to explain that there is a miscommunication, but the CSO got so defensive and keep repeating what's not related to the main issue. No follow up, no clarification on their side. Yes. I saw the review that they lack of accountability but I'm too late. Avanta feel free to verify with me.
