โ โ โ โ โ So far, I feel there are rooms for improvement, in terms of the standard of the cleaning service staff who does the daily cleaningโฆ
There were times they didnโt keep all the cleaning tools after the job & I find it hard to raise my voice towards their supervisor Mdm Teo who is an elderlyโฆ. It will be great if the cleaning staffs take ownership of their work.
What I like about Avantec..
1. They offer very competitive rate as compared with other players in the market
2. They hire elderly and provide them with job opportunities
3. The Malay Guy who does the annual cleaning (on area not able to reach thru regularly cleaning) is very thorough & good in his job. He truly takes pride in doing a good job!
