★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be good, but they had a changed of blood last year and service went down. The Customer Service I was assigned to has got attitude problem and is extremely rude and unhelpful. Goods took super long to arrive as well, without any update from the sales/ customer service on the reason of delay. Due to some technical issue and miscommunication a while ago, one of my order got duplicated and they offered a discount if I can accept the second bottle of the same item. As I was unavailable then, I did not reply their email but they proceeded with the delivery anyway. When order was delivered, I realized that the said discount was not reflected on the invoice. I called the sales and she told me that I should have replied back then when they offered me the discount. Now that the invoice was generated, they are unable to change it anymore. -.- So that is my fault? The sales should have called me to double check, before making any further arrangement isn't it? Felt deceived that I was "forced" to receive the goods somehow. Not going to purchase from them anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely slow delivery. Half of my PO came and half were missing. Asked for invoice for the arrived goods so that my finance can perform closing, the email got pushed multiple times to different people in VWR. Absolutely terrible. Do not buy from this company.
