★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charged 60 dollars for troubleshooting, charged for partial work and left without update on balance work. Tried whatsapp numerous times but no response. A "No, we can't fix it" would be a decent response, so that I can move on to another company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used their service to install ceiling fan and wiring new point - appointment 1pm to 2pm but they came 2.30pm (a -). However they are responsive and reasonable and fixed price - 3ppl come, one is obviously master, other 2 assistants. They are polite..(a +) told them how you want to install and wiring - i am quite happy with their workmanship (a+) and service (a+) Most important for electrician...fixed price and no extra charges (a+)is very important...i did sent photo to them and they quoted me price...if they asked for extra charges, i would have asked them to leave as i only paid what they quoted...will use their service again in future...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was sound coming from the ceiling fan when it was turned in and I called this company for repair, thinking the reviews seems quite good. Now I’m not sure if the reviews are real. On the day of repair, the guy told my tenant that it’s a “fan leaf issue” and charged $40+$30 repair fee.Within a day of repair, the sound came back and he came back to check and then said it’s a “bearings issue” and indicated fan needs to be changed. So the repair done the day before is not acceptable to be charged but upon asking, they went MIA and now refused to refund my tenant for the $30 repair fee. Very unprofessional for not responding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Efficient, friendly and excellent service. My kettle plug got stuck to the switch and another light switch couldnt be turned on. The two electricians fixed them in around 10mins and they were neat. Price is very reasonable too!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Engaged AVV for ceiling fan repair after reading the positive reviews here. They were very fast to respond to service request. However, the same fan broke down next day after repair. Upon texting them, they were not as responsive as the 1st time and not very willing to return to fix the problem despite giving 3mth warranty. After 2days, the technician came and suggested my switch was faulty and wanted to open up the wall switch to check. The transaction ended here. I have since got a new fan installed by another company and it is working well, absolutely nothing wrong with the wall switch. I can only conclude that AVV technician lacked experience.
