Agent Dorthy has been very helpful and been providing a substitute if the maid was unable to come..most of my maid has stayed with me for more than a year..Did have problems with some of the helper regarding language and work but Dorthy always replaced them with ones suiting our needs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did a general enquiry on availability & pricing, found that what is offered with a $150 sign on fee is not what I am looking for. Informed staff I am not keen to proceed, staff replied they are not keen as well.
So don't look for them if you're finding for a contract free part time cleaning, they're not interested in your business anyway :)

While the service provided by the part time helper initially were not up to my requirement, the agent Dorothy understood my concern and was accommodative to accede to my request and provided few other helpers who are very professional with their work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Axcel maid / Dorothy is a totally unprofessional owner with a lot of sarcastic remarks.
The helpers cleaning services are not of same standards, abused by company and poorly misinformed on the cleaning time.
A few instances when we engaged and informed on cleaning time but helpers were late 1-2 hours. Upon clarification, they were already having cleaning jobs during the time allocated to us and the helpers had to rush to our jobs.
This is Year 2022 and we still had to deal w a sarcastic business owner whom clearly can’t manage her business well. Pity to her and the poor helpers who are stuck with her company.

Dorothy is understanding to my needs and goes extra mile to find expert cleaners for me. There are many packages you can choose from the agency . I highly recommend axel agency for part time helpers . She is very responsive and hardworking. Have not been disappointed yet !!
