★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried the Indian massage in Ayurvedic several days ago. The male masseuse was so professional and attentive. Felt extremely relaxed after the treatment. Highly recommended and definitely will be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a private wellness session with Anne. She took me through a series of breathing exercises combined with some simple yoga pose. The session was well thought out and the breathing exercises had a gradual progression. The effect of the final exercise was incredible. I felt this energy and lasting sensation from head to toe, it was the most amazing feeling and the best way to describe it is like having an orgasm, which Anne explained at the beginning of the session some people do experience that. I have been telling friends and will be back again for the next step.
