A secluded hidden placed tucked away in the heartlands of Jurong West. ? Been going there for about 4 years now since 2018 for the yummy foods and delicious drinks. ■ Food & Drinks ■ 1. Their hot drinks is one of the best especially Hot Tea/Teh Panas and Hot Milo/Milo Panas. The Abang Air Panas Guy really know how to do his job. Kudos to him! The others aka Abang Cold Drinks/Fruit Juice (or if they are two separate Abangs) are quite good too. Definitely worth checking the place out (especially once the Phase 2 in 2021 aka Round 2 ends or even when Covid ends). 2. Almost anything from the Seafood stall. 3. Very upset no more Western food. It moved somewhere else so now Ayza Res at the moment doesn't have any specific Western food stall. But you can enquire further to see if they have any. The Western stall is now replaced by the Satay Stall. 4. The Makcik-makcik jual the kueh,epok-epok, pisang goreng are great too! The food I mean. ■ How to Get there? ■ Location may be inconvenient to some. You have to go by a vehicle to access it for it is located under a small shophouse and surrounded by carparks. - Nearest MRT is Lakeside but it would be a 15 min walk from there unless you take a bus. - Nearest masjid is Masjid Maarof and second nearest is Masjid Asyakirin. ■ My Story @ Ayza Rez ■ Take it from me as I was once a JJCian...yes before they merged into JPJC and moved to Teck Whye, I was here in JJC doing my A Levels Throughout this time, I sometimes went there to Ayza Rez for their Ice Milo after a long day of school and it was very delicious. So I had been around Ayza Rez for a total of 6 years. A lot has changed. People come and go. But thankfully the food still remained even though it may be slightly expensive to some, it is still manageble for me. ● Perks: Abang-Abang Adorable @ Ayza ? ● Most importantly, the young runner workers (20s-30s) there who take your orders for drinks and food aka the Abang-Abang Melayu are soooooo cuuutteeeeee!? Not only are they helpful, kind, good service most times and polite towards customers but cute too.☺ I even nickname one as Abang Adorable.? Honestly, I still feel sad for most of them as some are Malaysians so imagine them stuck here without their families and have to raya alone.? Plus now with Covid being more dangerous and their work requires them to interact with numerous people, I wish they can get off days to take stay safe but I also understand they need to work to survive and provide their families so it's a very sad situation. ? I provided them some support and motivating messages to appreciate their efforts and keep them going because it's not easy for them and especially nowadays. So if you are reading this message, do give them your support if you're going there personally. Kindness makes the world go round. ? Ps. These pictures are taken on Wednesday 19 May 2021 during SG Phase 2 Heightened restrictions.

used to go very often since i was really young but i got food poisoning in 2020 due to undercooked chicken in their nasi goreng. i never ate there again until today (the food is great and i do miss it) and the chicken is undercooked again!!!!! its such a waste, when you produce such great flavorful food but its not even cooked safely for consumption.

Overpriced! Bought through grabfood nasi goreng ayam kunyit ($13.60) & nasi goreng ikan tiga rasa ($12.20). I don’t mind the price if the food quality are good, but food received was bad, both nasi goreng was soo lumpy and chunky as if the rice doesn’t blend well during cooking.

Had rice. Beef rendang. Sambal goreng. Begedil and fried egg $8.10. overly priced Beef rendang was mostly fats rather than meat Sambal goreng was OK. Only tofu and tempeh. Nothing else Begedil was tiny. Smaller than an average size chicken egg. Fried egg was OK. The gravy was tasty and the ONLY good thing about the meal was the sambal. Thoroughly disappointed

Came during lunch peak hour, 12 ish and almost couldn't get seats. Ordered the nasi lemak which looked quite appetising however, the rice was kinda mushy and not the kind that breaks apart. Overall, it's still a decent meal considering that it's $3.50. Drinks were disappointing though.. We ordered Lime Juice and Honey Lemon Tea. The Lime Juice didn't seem like juice at all, it was just water with lime added ($2.50). As for the honey lemon tea, I could only taste lemon and it costed $3.50 (equivalent to my nasi lemak:( ) so I totally wouldn't recommend these 2 drinks.. Just order bandung or milo or the standard ones.. :')
