β β β β β We recently used AZ Movers service for moving from one place to another.
The experience can be described as bitter-sweet.
The sweet part was that the movers worked fast and efficient.
The bitter part is that 2 items are missing.
One is a ladder - a thing that is difficult to hide but easy to replace.
The other was a wall clock - inexpensive but impossible to replace as it was a memory of our family travel.
I asked the AZ Movers contact person to inform his people and try to check on their side - no reply after few days.
The conclusion:
- don't be charmed by speed and efficiency;
- seal ALL boxes and put the numbers on top of each box;
- receive boxes upon the list as after the team leaves the place it doesn't feel responsible for missing items;
- double- and triple-check your items.

β β β β β As an expat we have made numerous moves, both international and local.
The one with AZ movers was one of the worst we have experienced!
Poor communication and time management, zero responsibility in terms of taking condo permissions etc in spite of repeated chasing, and the team that moved our furniture was terrible! Numerous pieces damaged, the packing was done so poorly. The attitude of the owner was the icing on the cake, no acknowledgment or accountability on why every aspect of the move was mishandled and delayed and the quote by no means was cheap!
I would stay away, there are enough movers who can do a much better job.

After a very fast initial response, AZ sent boxes to our place very fast and was very responsible at our requests for additional boxes.
On the day of the move the whole team was very professional. They did not break, drop or lose anything.
I would really recommend AZ to my friends and family.
