I am not sure if the good reviews here are legit. Both calls and messaging to this outlet have not been answered despite multiple attempts, over a few days now. I would be asking myself if this is a reflection of the post-sales support. Hmm better to evaluate carefully before purchasing anything here.

First, there's 2 type of package advertised in shopee from AZ TELECOMMUNICATIONS. One with 'free gift' which is in higher price and no 'gift' with cheaper price! So i chosen the paid 'free gift' package. Upon receiving out of 4 gifts left 2 gifts so i contacted the seller. THE SELLER ASKED ME TO GO DOWN FOR SELF-COLLECTION AT SERANGOON! THEY SHOULD HAVE RESEND IT VIA POSTAGE SINCE IS THEIR MISTAKE! But fine, i didn't make noise and my mum went down for collection physically at their shop THAN THEY SAY THERE'S NO STOCK FOR 1 OF THE GIFT! My mum ended up with only 1 item for traveling so far from the west! I'm suspecting they're doing it on purpose so to make you troublesome than you will not pursuit with the PAID GIFTS like that they can increase their profit! Second NIGHTMARE STARTED after received the phone on 21 Mar 22. THE HP DIE AFTER 1 MONTH 19 DAYS! The phone suddenly unable to turn on at all but since it stated in its shopee page that it's under 6 MONTH WARRANTY from supplier so I contacted the seller in shopee chat at first but there's NO reply from seller. Next, I decided to go down the shop personally to claim the warranty & was told to leave my hp there for 2 days. End up nearly a week later the seller called me up and ask me to PAY FOR REPAIRING of the motherboard ! How can a new phone have motherboard problem? Even have than it's obviously CONSIDERED as manufacturer fault! How can the seller ask me to PAY for repairing and asking me to buy NEW phone? Seller even have the cheek to tell me WARRANTY IS ONLY FOR SERVICE NOT INCLUDING THE SPARE PART! SO THAT'S FREE 6 MONTH SERVICE NOT 6 MONTH WARRANTY! THEY NEED TO CHECK DICTIONARY FOR THE DEFINITION OF WARRANTY! Of cos, IT'S UNREASONABLE and AGAINST THE LEMON LAW IN SG! I'LL be pursuing this company to CASE! Till now the seller play drag and no reply via Shopee! I am suspecting fake reviews too! I've screenshot the review they give themselves 5 stars! I'm going to post ALL THE COLLECTED EVIDENCE SCREENSHOT IN FACEBOOK! How can such DISHONEST business practice like that can continue operating in sg! Totally ZERO BUSINESS ETIQUETTE !

Horrible people to deal with. Bought a tablet from them and they promised same day delivery, few hours later no news when asked they gave unreasonable excuses. Ordered and paid for the LATEST version, they gave PREVIOUS version because no stock and never inform. When confronted and asked for reimbursement they stop replying after being passive aggressive. Horrible people. Not recommend. DO NOT deal with them if you have other choices.

Very bad experience with this shop.. listing on carousell links to this shop, so the staff on the link told me there's stock arranged for collecting at 6pm. When I went down, shop owner told me they don't have stock, stock coming at 9. At 6pm they don't even bother to update customer about delay in stock. Asking me to come back tomorrow again.. if not pay for delivery charges..

Shop has roaring business which is good. However, there definitely lack of social distancing. Everyone was standing shoulder to shoulder, cashier had a group people waiting to make their payment. My husband and I walked all the way into the shop to find an area that is spacious and away from the crowd. Boss, safe and social distancing is important. For the health of your staff and all your customers! Overall the service of staff was good, polite and flexible in appeasing their customers.

Really affordable pricing over a variety of goods. I have bought my phone and other bits and bobs over the years- all faultless. When I cracked my screen it was replaced promptly and expertly. Superb customer service as well, always served with a smile. I recommend this establishment without hesitation.

Such a bad service. They have few shop under different names. AZ Telecommunication Pte Ltd and Univercell Pte Ltd. Ordered two Sennheiser earbuds via Carousell. I was told only white colour available. They are not even sure which branch to direct me. Opt for self collection. Went to their shop (Univercell) and was told by the sales person only black is available. Since I don't have a choice and decided to buy black. Paid full Cash. Went home and tested it. Charge both for slightly more than 2 hours. Both seems to be not working. Attempted this several times over the day. Still not working. Called the sales guy at shop and demanded for full refund. Went to shop returned the items and got my refund and left the shop. Having learned my lesson, my advice is never buy from these shops. Looks like these items are counterfeit. They lacks communication among them. Sales and marketing don't update each other. Sucks and Very disappointed.
