★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hope the management is reading this, because I have tried to find their contact but to no avail.
When I buy Azabu ice cream for immediate consumption, it always tastes delish and creamy. But when I pack it for takeaway, even though it’s just 20 minutes, it always results in ice chips throughout the milk chocolate ice cream. From my experience, it doesn’t happen to other premium ice cream brands.
Given the premium pricing of your takeaway pack, it’s definitely a real bummer.
I ‘used to’ buy a lot of Azabu ice cream, but the recent purchase just reminded me of why I stopped buying. I’m bummed by this persistent problem.
I’m sure your sales will get affected by this QC issue, so you might want to look into it

Responded in a very rude and inpatient manner when asked about the availability of some items in the menu.
And when unsure what i ordered, decided to raise his voice and told me speak properly.
Is that how you treat your customers?
First and last time visiting this store.
Go get your ice cream in another shop instead of this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a cone double flavour of lychee and mao shan wang durian. Paid extra for mai shan wang durian. Staff was dishonest as they placed mango flavour below my durian flavour. Such lowly moves ay this time and age! OMG!!! Gotta feel ashamed of yourselves ppl!

If only the cones are more more crunchy (quite stale), it would have been perfect.

One star also for the staff whose manner is inpatient when we raise the question why in the advertising flyer there’s Matcha powder but the real product don’t have, got inpatient reply we have so many customers that’s what we do.
I could accept the milk you add is few and the ice cream is also very few, but if you say with/out syrup or cookies or matcha powder is what you do. That’s totally a misleading.
