I told the hairdresser to cut the length of my hair shoulder length but she cutted way shorter and I said to cut my fringe till the eyes and she cut my fringe till above my eyebrows

Greenridge outlet....let's just say that I got one of the ugliest haircuts of my life :') I'm almost 30 but the hairdresser successfully made me look 13

I am hereby writing in to complain about the poor service I experienced at Greenridge Shopping Centre earlier this evening. As my grandmother has demential, so I brought her along to had her hair wash and if possible, trim as well. Upon reaching there, my grandmother was okay with me bringing her to wash her hair and blow dry it. Since she was worried that the hair would be wet. When I stepped into the shop, an assistant approached me so I asked how much was the hair wash as well as hair cut. The assistant looked at me and responded, "who was it for". I replied, "My grandmother". And then he asked what language could she speak, and then he asked if she wanted to cut her hair. So my grandmother said no she doesn't want. Okay, I accepted that. However, I NOT KNOW what's the reason and he told me that she doesn't want her hair wash when she said she doesn't want to cut her hair. But I said I wanted her to wash her hair and all I asked was how much the price was, and he just got to accept upon my request. He insisted that my grandmother doesn't want to do the hair service for her. And my grandmother was getting impatient after a discussion with him for about 5 mins. So we left.

My wife and I went there to dye our hair. My hair ended up being much lighter than the selected colour and my wife's hair ended up being much darker than the selected colour. When we spoke to the staff about it, they told us that we should have told them earlier, so that they can leave the dye on my hair for a shorter period of time and on my wife's hair for a longer period of time. This is ridiculous since they should know to check and gauge based on the colour we have chose. Afterall, as customers, we have no way of knowing how long the dye should be kept on. To make things worse, they charged my wife the full price of $150 (for rebonding of shoulder length hair) for the rebonding of just her hair roots (5cm length) and did not have the courtesy to inform upfront.

Seriously cannot understand simple instructions. I told the lady to trim a little bit. She went to cut to the shortest possible length. And to make things even more wonderful. She went to thin down my hair even further exposing my scalp. Now I look like a bloody Mynah bird who is balding. Heng hair can grow back. But not my confidence in this place.

Had a fair share of bad experience in this salon. Firstly, the length of the hair I wanted to cut to was not fulfilled, was not done properly as I can see the uneven layers on the different parts of my hair. Next, they politely asked me whether I want to wash my hair, I accepted however it was badly done as well. I got half of the back of my shirt wet after. Lastly, when blow drying my hair, he did not do a good job either. The hair dresser was flipping my hair all around and hit my face HARD multiple times. Will not recommend this place if you are looking a decent quality of hair cut.

The guy seem don't know how to cut my hair. He keep cut and cut till I asked him to stop. Trim so thin and make me look so ugly. He even comment my hair dry and thick. I chose colouring. His intention is to trim my hair short and less so that when he apply hair colour. It will be easier for him. Thus this kind of hair stylist is very lousy. Some more can gossip about me and talk behind my back. My daughter is also there when they gossiping me. He even want to ask me do treatment and want me to buy hair product from him. Such a lousy hairstylist. I won't patronise this shop again. He make me look so ugly on this coming cny. Please read their review before going. Better think twice than sorry.
