Original review was deleted by firm. (UPDATE 2) 20 Jun: We will be filing a case with the Small Claims Tribunal. If anyone is in a similar situation, pls do reach out to me directly. After seeing our review, Jason finally msged us simply saying that he will terminate our contract unilaterally because of the review, effectively avoiding responsibility for the outstanding rectifications and compensation, as well as the post reno warranty. Further msgs to him have gone unanswered, hence we will be seeking legal help. (UPDATE 1) 12 Jun: Jason has ignored us for a week re outstanding rectifications. Bottom of drawers not laminated despite paying $320/pfr. We hired our own cleaners and electrician to sort out the electrical mess. Moved in without a proper handover. End Apr'21: Unit was supposed to be done this weekend (our hard stop deadline since 2019). Works that were supposed to be done not completed, house is in a mess and full of mistakes. Jason has been MIA (/lost his phone) for more than 48 hours, third time this has happened in the last few months.
